Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Approval Required: Returns must be requested and approved in advance. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us. Please reach out to us at support@gaztle.com as soon as possible. We will address your concern and make it right for you.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, follow the return process and specify the item you would like in exchange. If there is a difference in price between the items, we will adjust it accordingly. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- For Returns: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a damaged or incorrect item).
- For Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item for a different product, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the new item to you.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns of non-defective items. This fee will be deducted from your refund. No restocking fee will be charged for returns due to damage or incorrect products.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If you used a discount code, the discount amount will be deducted from your refund.
